Last Updated: February 13, 2026

Purpose

This policy defines my overall security strategy for Azlo Pro. The purpose is to protect the company's and customers' assets against modern threats (cybercrime, data leaks, and social engineering) as well as ensuring compliance with GDPR and B2B contractual requirements.

The 6 Pillars

Azlo Pro operates according to the following six principles, which are consistent throughout all my work processes:

1. Encryption & Access

Always encrypted hardware and mandatory MFA on all systems.

2. Secure Data Processing

Use of EU-based cloud solutions and compliance with GDPR.

3. Continuous Backup

Automated backups focusing on business continuity.

4. Confidentiality (NDA)

Standardized approach to confidentiality and protection of IP.

5. Data Minimalism

I collect only what is necessary and delete after use.

6. The Human Factor

Zero Trust and manual verification of senders (Anti-phishing/vishing).
